7. Cancellation

Customers wishing to cancel services must do so through the payment service. Emporium is not responsible for automatic cancellation of any payments made, and requires a written email sent to [email protected] from the email that was used to initiate billing. Emporium makes no guarantee on the delivery and/or acceptance of the cancellation email.

8. Refunds & Disputes

All services rendered by Emporium are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: reoccurring payments, and one-time payments. Customer agrees not to chargeback any PayPal or credit card payments for services rendered.

9. Modifications

Emporium may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States of America.
